Requesting A Date
Contact Golf Pro Sean McCarty at 319-248-9300 to check availability. To book your golf
outing, you must complete a contract and pay the $500 deposit. The deposit will be credited to your final
invoice, but is non- refundable if a cancellation occurs.
Responsibilities of the Group Sponsor

Inform the outing members of the
rules and regulations of Brown Deer Golf Club.

Submit a final list of participants no later than 7 days before the outing. The number submitted is what the group will be charged plus any additional on top of the list.

Ensure that all fees are paid to Brown Deer
Golf Club.

Payment of any charges for damage to the golf
course, clubhouse or equipment by the group. |
