Tee Time Policies

Tee times at Brown Deer Golf Club are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no fee for booking a tee time. 

All golfers must check in with the Pro Shop and pay the appropriate fees before playing. All golfers must have their own set of golf clubs to play. 

Internet Booking Policies 

Full payment is due upon arrival at the golf course. Actual tee time determines the greens fee. Tee times can be booked up to eight days in advance. A maximum of two tee times is allowed to any person or group. 

Larger Groups 

Tee times of three foursomes or more require verbal confirmation with the Pro Shop. Please call 319.248.9300. 

Special Promotions or Coupons

If using any promotions, coupons, or other special certificates, call the Pro Shop at 319.248.9300 to book a tee time. 

Advance Reservations 

Tee times can be made up to seven days in advance by phone or in person and up to eight days in advance by internet.

Group Reservations 

A credit card number or play package reference is required when reserving for two or more groups for play.  Four golfers are not required to make a reservation but the golf staff may add additional golfers to make a foursome. 

Cancellation Policy

Changes to tee times booked online must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to tee time. If the reservation is not cancelled within the 24-hour time frame, the credit card holder will be responsible for the full fees for each person that doesn’t show for their designated tee time. All fees will be the responsibility of the credit card holder. Please call the Pro Shop 319.248.9300 for any questions or changes in your reservation. 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the green fee will be charged to the golfer.
