Help Your Neighbors Keep Their Water On
The City of Coralville, in partnership with the United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties, has a utility assistance fund, Neighbors Helping Neighbors.

Donate Online
Make an online donation:
Your donation can help other Coralville residents with utility bill payments. When you donate online, a receipt will be emailed to the email address provided in the "Payment Information" section. Make A Donation

Other Ways to Donate
Donate when you pay your paper utility bill:
If you pay a paper bill by mail, add the donation to your payment. Write the donation amount in the box that says, "Optional Neighbors Helping Neighbors donation."

Donate in person:
Make a donation at City Hall, 1512 7th Street, open weekdays from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays).

Drop off a donation:
Drop off a donation 24 hours a day at the drive-up/walk-up box by the entry / exit to the City Hall parking lot, 1512 7th Street. Please place your donation in a sealed envelope marked "Utility Assistance Fund."

Matching Funds
The City of Coralville will match each $1 donation with $0.25. 

How to Get Help
Funds are distributed as they are available through United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties. Call United Way at 319.338.7823 if you need help with your bill.
