Receive Utility Bills Electronically

The City of Coralville's e-Bill service allows customers to receive utility bills via email. Once enrolled, you may stop e-Bill service at any time by unenrolling online, by contacting the Utility Billing office at 319.248.1715, or by emailing the Utility Billing Department.

How to Enroll

Complete and submit the form below to initiate the request to receive your City of Coralville Utility bills electronically. Once your request is submitted, it will be processed within two business days.

You will receive an email with a link to confirm your e-Bill enrollment, which will require you to enter your Utility Billing account information, before e-Bill becomes active for your utility billing account.

I understand that I can stop the e-Bill service at any time. If I terminate my utility service I will no longer be able to access my account online.
